Project Overview

Castañeda Engineering, a leading forensic engineering firm specializing in accident reconstruction, has expanded into a new 14,500 SF warehouse and office facility, including a 4,535 SF office space. This project was designed to support their growing operations while reflecting their commitment to precision and innovation.

Having originally built their previous facility in 2006, we worked closely with Castañeda Engineering from the early design stages through construction to create a customized space that meets their evolving needs. The modern two-story office design features expansive glass walls to enhance natural light, while an open-concept ceiling exposes mechanical, electrical, and fire sprinkler systems for a contemporary industrial aesthetic. A glass roll-up door in the breakroom seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, promoting collaboration and flexibility.

This state-of-the-art facility provides Castañeda Engineering with the space and functionality they need to continue leading the industry. Designed with efficiency and scalability in mind, this new home supports their long-term success and future growth.
