Project Overview
Don Pickett & Associates designed the 15,000 SF Crow & Wolf Brewing Company, creating a vibrant and functional space that reflects the brewery’s mission of producing high-quality, innovative craft beverages. The expansive 10,154 SF brewery is paired with a 3,646 SF tap room, one of the largest air-conditioned tap rooms in the area, offering a perfect spot for patrons to enjoy award-winning beverages. With roll-up doors for easy food truck access and direct connectivity to the Clovis Trail, this space is as versatile as it is welcoming. The design also includes a state-of-the-art water processing system, ensuring the brewery operates efficiently while maintaining its artisanal roots.
